Cookin' With Nana

Hunter has always associated each of his grandma's with a certain activity. For example, when Mimi (Chris's mom) comes over, he automatically gets out his puzzles. When we visit Grandma Wood, he wants to look at books with her. And when Nana (my mom) comes, they always make eggs together for breakfast. Of course, my mom loves this quality time together and shares this info with anyone who will listen. This year my sweet cousin, Mandie, got the boys a Gingerbread Cookie Kit and a Christmas Tree Cake Kit to make before Christmas. She also got them these cute little chef hats and aprons to wear while they cook with Nana. Aren't they cute?

Those pictures are adorable!! Isn't it great that they'll always have those specific memories with each grandmother? All D thinks of when Nanny comes over is "where are you going mommy". Sad huh?

Hayden does that sometimes with Chris's mom too b/c she would always keep him during football games. Sad that she lives in Bentonville and the only time we see her is when we need a sitter.
