EASTER
This year for Easter, my parents came up for the weekend, we dyed Easter eggs with the boys, went to an AMAZING service at church Sunday morning, had Mimi over for lunch, and because it was raining, had an Easter egg hunt inside the house! I think the boys had a good time, but egg hunts outside are so much more fun!

BASEBALL SEASON
Hunter has started his 2nd season of baseball with a pitching machine! I LOVE this type of baseball. T-ball was fun and they were so cute, but I am much more competitive than that! :) This year, he is on the Rivercats. We have been so lucky to have had the best coaches the past 2 seasons. Some of these teams are just terrible, and the coaches just yell at them. I am so glad we don't have to deal with that! He has been playing 2nd base for the most part, and now that we have some tiny bad habits broken (mostly), he is hitting really well! His team is now 4-1. We lost to the Volcanoes the other night. They were really good! I think our guys COULD beat them, but you could tell they were so nervous! I put a batting picture from '08 and '09 on here so you could see how much he has grown in just 1 year!!! Makes me so sad!!Rivercats 2009

HAYDEN
What am I gonna do with Hayden??? I really need suggestions!! 1st of all, he is completely different than Hunter, which is fine, but he is soooooo stubborn!!! Hunter never took a paci...Hayden will suck one until he's 10! Hunter was potty-trained in a week....Hayden is potty-trained at daycare, but will hardly ever potty at home. 1 good this is he does sleep in his bed VERY well, which Hunter never did. (He does now, but it's still a battle and he doesn't always stay there all night) Anyway, I have decided not to do anything about this until school is out, but once summer starts, I have got to break these 2 habits. Please send me your suggestions! And I will need lots of prayer! I don't think the potty training will be THAT tough, but I don't think he has ever gone #2 in the potty. He always walks off to play by hisself and goes in his pull-up. We have tried the sticker system, Chuck E. Cheese, etc.. He is also broken from the paci at daycare, but as soon as I pick him up, it's the first thing he asks for. This will be the biggy!! My goal is to have him broken of both by the time we go on our cruise at the end of June!

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with the potty training and the paci at home. Just be patient, it will all come together. I love your header picture of the boys. That's a classic!
