This year Halloween fell on a Friday night, which is probably a good thing for most kids. But when your dad is a football coach, Friday nights are Game nights!!! So, I was very worried about making sure my kids got to trick-or-treat, and making it to the game on time. Fortunately, my mom and dad decided to come to town and took the boys trick-or-treating longer, so I wouldn't miss the game. Thanks Mom and Dad!!
The 1st house we went to, the lady handing out candy was dressed as a witch, and she scared Hayden to death. I just hear this screaming amongst this mob of children, and I couldn't get to him. He was not happy. I finally got him to realize that he would get candy if he went to the door, so the next house he walked up to, he turned around after getting his candy and saw a kid with a Scream mask on and started crying again. After I left, mom said he did fine, but he mostly just watched people and all of their costumes.

One of our players' dad's carves a Wildcat pumpkin every year, and somehow Hunter manages to talk him into letting us have it. Here's the pumpkin from this year. (Isn't he good?) Thanks Mr. Murry!!!

Wow that is a blue pumpkin! Your boys look so cute! I'm sorry Hayden was scared though. I was worried about that with D but she did great. When we saw something that was scary, I just said look at that silly guy! And she bought it.
