Har-Ber Banquet

We had our Har-Ber football banquet last night. It's always so good to see everyone again after football season. They consume your whole life for 4-5 months, and then it's over. I think that's one of the hardest things about being in the coaching profession (as a coach's wife). You bond with the players and parents for 2-3 years, and then they are gone. Yes, more great parents and players come in, but it is still sad to say goodbye. So, last night we said goodbye to our seniors! :( I couldn't get around to everyone fast enough to get pictures, but I did get a couple. Here are 2 of the many players we will greatly miss!

Hunter Kissinger!!! (You may have read about him in one of my earlier posts.)

Granger Riggins! We have known Granger's family for years through Shiloh and First Baptist Church. We are so thankful he transfered to Har-Ber! What an awesome young man and family!! We will miss them greatly!

Granger even asked for a picture with me! WOW!!

Here are part of our awesome coach's wives!! (Minus 3) I could not get through football seasons without these amazing ladies!! They are all so wonderful in so many ways!!

Finally, my wonderful husband!!! I always joke about loving the banquets because it's the only time he says something nice about me!! But....this year he told the whole crowd how heated I get at ball games. He finally went on to call me a piranha!!!??? HA!!
I love our football families, and cannot get enough of them!! It's so funny that 11 years ago, I didn't even like football! Oh, how times do change!!
